Role Summary

We are seeking a Creative Designer with hands-on experience in web/mobile UI/UX,

graphic design, and video content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

creating intuitive user interfaces for healthcare software, eye-catching visuals for marketing,

and engaging video content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using tools
• like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and clickable prototypes based on business and user
• requirements.
• Ensure intuitive navigation, consistency, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with developers to implement clean UI/UX design.

Graphic & Marketing Design

• Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital assets for product and brand
• promotion.
• Create marketing collaterals like PPTs and sales decks.
• Design website graphics, icons, and infographics aligned with brand identity.

Social Media & Video Content

• Create social media posts, stories, and highlight covers for platforms like Instagram,
• LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design and edit promotional videos, reels, and product explainers.
• Stay updated with trends to create engaging and viral content formats.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• UI/UX Design: Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
• Graphic Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / VN
• Basic Animation / Motion Graphics knowledge
• Responsive & mobile-first design understanding
• Typography, colour theory, and layout principles

Good to Have

• HTML/CSS understanding for design handoff
• Branding and storytelling mindset
• Experience in designing for SaaS or healthcare industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with strong portfolios are
• welcome)
• Strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX, social media, and marketing work

Soft Skills

• Creativity with a problem-solving approach
• Ability to take feedback and iterate fast
• Attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
