Creative Designer

We are looking for a Creative Designer (Canva & Video Specialist) who can create high-quality posters, presentations, company portfolios, PDFs, and short videos/reels for our brand.

The ideal candidate must be creative, updated with current trends, and skilled in Canva and video creation.

This role is focused only on content creation — our team already handles posting and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing posters, flyers, banners, and social media creatives using Canva.

Create professional company profiles, portfolios, PDFs, and PPT presentations.

Produce short-form video content (reels, product videos, promos, etc.).

Understand and follow new-generation trends, layouts, and design language.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all designs and visuals.

Work closely with the team to understand content requirements.

Deliver creative work within deadlines.

Bring fresh ideas for content, visuals, and video format styles.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Canva (advanced-level designs).

Good understanding of Reels, video creation, and editing.

Ability to create clean and premium PPT presentations.

Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and design trends.

Creativity in producing modern, youthful, and brand-oriented content.

Ability to convert raw content into attractive visual designs.

Basic video editing tools understanding:

CapCut

VN

InShot

Adobe Express

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Adobe tools (Illustrator / Photoshop).

Experience creating brand portfolios or company profiles.

Basic animation or motion graphics skills.

Qualifications

Any degree accepted (creativity is more important than qualification).

1–3 years of experience preferred.

Freshers with strong portfolios can also apply.
