Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who sees every pixel as a playground and every brand story as a blank canvas. If you can turn ideas into visuals that wow, scroll-stopping social posts, and campaigns that people remember — we want your brain, your vibe, and your game.

What You’ll Do:

• Design with Purpose: Create jaw-dropping visuals for social media, digital ads, websites, app & campaigns, and brand decks that are on-brand and on-point.
• Own the Visual Language: Define and evolve the visual identity of brands under the Owleto umbrella — consistency is key.
• Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and video editors to bring stories to life — from concept to completion.
• Motion Magic (if you can): Add simple animations or micro-interactions that make designs pop.
• Stay Inspired: Keep an eye on design trends, industry movements, and creative experiments — we love ideas with spark.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience as a graphic or visual designer (agency, startup, freelance? We love it all).
• A killer portfolio that shows your ability to design for both brand and performance.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite + Figma (bonus if you know Canva for quick fire).
• A strong sense of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take feedback like a champ and still deliver gold.
