Job Description: Creative Copywriter (short form Ad Content)

Location: Okhla, Delhi (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Working Days: 6 days/week

Industry Preference: Consumer-facing brands – preferably D2C, Parenting, FMCG, or Lifestyle

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred

Package: 6-8 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with a strong background in advertising, brand communication, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should be skilled at conceptual thinking, campaign ideation, advertisement script writing, and short-form content creation across multiple formats and tones. Prior experience with consumer brands (D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or parenting categories) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for consumer brands.
• Write impactful ad copy – headlines, taglines, hooks, campaign lines.
• Script engaging advertisement and promotional videos for reels, digital ads, and branded content.
• Create compelling short-form content (15–60 sec scripts, social media posts, reels, motion creatives, carousels, captions).
• Adapt copy tone to suit brand needs – English, Hinglish, or colloquial styles.
• Collaborate with design, strategy, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated on trends, consumer behavior, and engagement patterns in digital media.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment.

Core Skills Required

• Strong conceptual thinking and campaign ideation.
• Expertise in ad copywriting, advertisement scriptwriting, and short-form content writing.
• Ability to switch between tones and styles depending on the target audience.
• Understanding of what drives engagement in digital creatives.
• Proven portfolio with consumer-facing brands (D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or parenting).
