This role sits at the intersection of creativity and conversion — you’ll be responsible for writing persuasive messages for push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app banners to boost retention, guide user journeys, and enhance user experience. Responsibilities: Write clear, engaging, and actionable copy for push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and in-app communication across post-purchase journeys Collaborate with CRM, product, and design teams to drive key retention goals with messaging that feels intuitive, helpful, and human Bring a strong understanding of user psychology and behavior to every word you write Translate complex skincare and health-tech concepts into simple, science-backed messaging that resonates with CureSkin’s audience Stay current with trends in skincare, mobile-first engagement, and conversational UX What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in copywriting or CRM content roles, preferably in health-tech, D2C, or app-first brands A sharp eye for microcopy, attention-grabbing hooks, and customer-focused storytelling Experience crafting content that improves retention, user satisfaction, or post-purchase engagement Familiarity with skincare and/or science-led products is a big plus Strong grasp of content tone and voice, with the ability to adapt to Cureskin’s empathetic, expert-led brand Bonus if you have: Experience writing copy for mobile apps or retention platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap) Background in health, beauty, or wellness content creation Show more Show less
