Automation QA Engineer (1-3years experience)

Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end responsibility for

  Sanity and Smoke suites

  for web and mobile automation.
• Develop and lead the

  automation strategy

  , creating scripts to perform automated testing using

  Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and Appium

  .
• Create and maintain

  automation test suites

  , diagnose issues, and report defects effectively.
• Evaluate, review, and recommend

  test tools and frameworks

  for automation.
• Ensure

  quality standards

  are met by enforcing technical and testing best practices.
• Define and track

  key QA metrics

  to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.

• Document, track, and escalate issues

  as needed using

  JIRA and Asana

• Provide support during

  production deployments

  and perform

  validation testing

  to ensure stability.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years

  of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions for

  mobile and web applications

  .
• Expertise in building automation solutions using

  TypeScript

  with

  Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and Appium

  .
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for

  quality assurance and test automation

  .
• Proficient in

  test automation frameworks

  , test case design, test execution, and test scripting using

  TypeScript or Java

  .
• Solid understanding of

  STLC/SDLC

  , testing methodologies, and industry-standard QA processes.
• Experience in handling ambiguous situations, resolving technical issues, and delivering

  effective automation solutions

• Familiarity with

  Jenkins, GitLab, Git, and other CI/CD tools

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  JIRA, Asana, Git, and Maven

  for test management and execution.
