Role Overview: As a CRM Specialist at Cureskin, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns using the CleverTap platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer experiences and contribute to the brand's growth.
