Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing creative projects from concept to completion.Coordinate between designers, writers, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.Liaise with external agencies, printers, and vendors for creative requirements.Maintain project timelines, track progress, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.Organize and maintain creative assets, reference materials, and project documentation.Support brainstorming sessions and contribute to idea generation for campaigns and projects.Review creative deliverables to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality standards.Prepare project reports, presentations, and communication updates for management.Assist in budget tracking and vendor negotiations related to creative outputs.Ensure consistent branding across all channels including print, digital, and social media.
