Role Overview: As the Software Engineering Leader for Oil & Gas Field Services (Digital Solutions) in Mumbai, Thane, or Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in spearheading digital transformation initiatives within the oil field services domain. Your strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills will be essential in developing and implementing digital solutions to enhance field operations, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute digital strategies aligned with customer goals and field service needs in the oil and gas sector. - Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality, tailored digital solutions. - Lead end-to-end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-aligned execution. - Work closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to gather requirements and ensure successful solution deployment. - Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment with strong leadership and mentoring. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in oil and gas; recommend and implement enhancements. - Develop and oversee training programs aligned with both tactical and strategic goals to ensure effective tool adoption. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in digital solution development, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas sector. Proven track record in leading digital transformation and large-scale initiatives. - Strong knowledge of digital technologies such as software development, IoT, and cloud. Familiarity with industry-specific platforms is a plus. - Skilled in Agile, SAFe, or managed services delivery models. - Willingness to travel to client locations across India as needed.
