CPAG - Service (Delhi)

As a candidate for this position, your role will involve regularly reviewing open complaints to ensure response time and closure as per SLAs. You will be responsible for achieving revenue generation targets and ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance while auditing the quality of service on a regular basis. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to maintain customer i-base hygiene by updating end user data in the system regularly. You are expected to drive customer engagement, maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and build strong relationships with customers by addressing concerns proactively and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Have knowledge of products such as Room Air Conditioners, Water Purifier, Air Purifier, and Air Cooler. - Possess technical knowledge about service offerings and channel management. - Manage vendors, business associates, and dealers effectively. - Understand revenue generation aspects including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and spare parts. - Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills. - Exhibit strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite. - Ability to travel frequently for channel visits and other business requirements.,
