Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales & Business Development

• Proactively identify and reach out to startups, SMEs, agencies, and entrepreneurs through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outbound channels
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for coworking space rentals and office solutions
• Conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual) to pitch offerings and close deals
• Develop partnerships with real estate agents, consultants, and other referral partners
• Track outreach activities, client interactions, and conversions using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, occupancy goals, and revenue milestones

Client Onboarding & Retention

• Coordinate all steps of client onboarding, including space allocation, agreements, and welcome walkthroughs
• Serve as the point of contact for existing members and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Resolve complaints, manage service requests, and handle renewals or upsell opportunities

Daily Operations & Facility Management

• Supervise daily coworking operations, including housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, and technical support
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness of all areas including cabins, meeting rooms, common spaces, etc.
• Manage relationships with service vendors and oversee regular upkeep and stocking of consumables
• Ensure smooth functioning of internet, utilities, and shared amenities

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain detailed records of leads, client communications, agreements, occupancy, and renewals
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales and operations reports with management
• Monitor and manage petty cash, utility bills, vendor payments, and office supplies
• Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and member experience
