As a Country Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations across various GCC countries, ensuring seamless communication and effective data management. Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Sales Promoter Interaction:

  Establish and maintain strong, proactive daily communication with our network of sales promoters across multiple outlets in GCC countries. This includes checking in on their progress, addressing queries, and providing necessary support.

• Comprehensive Data Analysis:

  Conduct in-depth daily analysis of critical sales data, including:
• Sales performance metrics
• Current stock levels.
• Competitor activities and market trends
• Identification of non-moving stock and proposing solutions

• Reporting & Insights:

  Prepare and submit accurate, timely, and insightful reports to your immediate manager on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, summarizing sales activities, market observations, and performance analysis.

• Operational Support:

  Assist in streamlining sales processes and ensuring the smooth flow of information between headquarters and sales outlets.

• Problem Solving:

  Proactively identify challenges faced by sales promoters and collaborate with management to find effective solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  Proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or data analysis role is highly preferred.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.

  You should be proficient in using formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced functions for data manipulation and reporting.
• Knowledge of

  Tally Prime

  will be considered as an added advantage.

• Communication Skills:

  Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical Mindset:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Proactiveness:

  A self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.

• Team Player:

  Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

• Immediate Availability:

  We are looking for candidates who can join our team immediately.

• Location:

  Must be able to commute to our office in Edappally, Kochi at present.
