Job Description

We Are Hiring Counter Sales Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra & Delhi

Industry: Jewellery / Fashion Retail

Experience: Minimum 1 year in counter sales (jewellery/fashion retail preferred)

Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (with relevant sales experience)

Language: Fluent in English & local language (mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives to join a leading jewellery & fashion retail brand. You will be responsible for assisting customers at the counter, driving sales, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at the counter with product selection

  • Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and effective customer engagement

  • Provide product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and pricing

  • Ensure billing accuracy and support cashiering when required

  • Maintain counter display, visual merchandising, and stock availability

  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely and professionally

  • Support the store team in achieving sales targets

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in counter sales (jewellery)

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Customer-oriented with a confident, presentable personality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Strong sales attitude with target-driven mindset
