Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, handle billing, and ensure a smooth in-store shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in sales, attentive to customer needs, and comfortable handling daily store operations. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the counter area Manage product display, restocking, and basic inventory checks Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average bill value Address customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely Coordinate with store staff for stock availability and orders Follow store policies and ensure loss prevention Requirements & Skills Prior experience in retail or counter sales preferred Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines Ability to stand for long hours and handle busy store timings Honest, reliable, and punctual
