Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Mumbai. The Receptionist will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, handling clerical tasks, cold callings and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the front desk, scheduling appointments, directing inquiries, and supporting administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing the front desk and welcoming visitors
• Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Clerical Skills such as scheduling, record-keeping, and managing appointments
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
