Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Mumbai. The Receptionist will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, handling clerical tasks, cold callings and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the front desk, scheduling appointments, directing inquiries, and supporting administrative functions. Qualifications Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing the front desk and welcoming visitors Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle inquiries professionally Clerical Skills such as scheduling, record-keeping, and managing appointments Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities Organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office) Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
