The Counselor will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate advice or solutions. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, assessing client requirements, creating action plans, maintaining communication, and offering continuous emotional or professional support as needed. Collaboration with team members to achieve organizational objectives and maintain records is also essential. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction and understanding their needs Problem-solving abilities to assess situations and provide appropriate guidance or solutions Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently Empathy and active listening abilities to build trust and respond to client concerns effectively Proficiency in relevant technologies or counseling platforms, if applicable, is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Relevant certifications in counseling or a related discipline are preferred Experience in counseling or advising clients in a professional setting is a plus Ability to work collaboratively with a team and within organizational frameworks
