Job Description

Experience:

13 years (preferably in U.S. Education/Sales or Study Abroad Counselling)

Job Overview:

As a Counsellor for SAT Programs, youll be responsible for guiding students who aspire to study abroad (especially in the U.S.) by helping them understand our SAT courses, admission process, and overseas opportunities.
Your main goal is to convert student leads into enrollments through effective counselling and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Explain our SAT programs, course structure, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Counsel students on U.S. education systems, universities, and application timelines.
Understand students needs and recommend the right course/program.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversions and student satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
Good understanding of U.S. education and admission trends.
Prior experience in study abroad counselling or U.S. sales is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
