Job Description: Admin Executive Location: Punawale, Pune & Wakad Pune Organization: Abhyaas Tutorials (JHT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS PVT LTD) Employment Type: Full-time About Us Abhyaas Tutorials is a leading coaching institute in Pune, specializing in JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, and school-level coaching (8th–12th). With a commitment to quality education, innovative teaching methods, and excellent results, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic Admin Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the institute. Handle student enquiries, admissions process, and maintain enquiry records. Manage attendance of students and faculty. Coordinate timetables, weekly tests, and lecture schedules. Support in HR activities such as staff onboarding, attendance, and salary coordination. Maintain records of fees collection, receipts, and liaise with accounts team. Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding updates, schedules, and performance. Coordinate with teaching faculty for smooth execution of academic activities. Ensure discipline and smooth functioning of classrooms and premises. Vendor management (stationery, maintenance, third-party service providers). Assist in organizing events, workshops, and meetings. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration/Management background). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred). Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
