Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the counselling & admission process, addressing their queries, and provide training sessions for new and existing sales team members. Candidates with an experience in the Ed-Tech or Tele-Sales sector are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the Universities courses & admission process.
Counsel and convert leads into enrolments for various educational programs.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales team members.
Maintain clear and effective follow-up communication.
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly achievements of calling and conversion targets.
Maintain soft copy records and update the CRM.
Communicating the learners details and reporting to the authorised management after completing the given task.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.
Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures

Other Responsibilities:

Teach sales techniques, product knowledge, communication, and objection handling.
Monitor sales performance through audits and evaluations.
Identify skill gaps and provide coaching for improvement.
Create and update training materials, scripts, and assessments.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
Maintain training reports and share regular updates with management.

Requirements:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of sales processes and closing techniques.
Experience in sales or sales training (preferred).
Ability to coach, motivate, and guide team members.
