Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the Universities courses & admission process. Counsel and convert leads into enrolments for various educational programs. Maintain clear and effective follow-up communication. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly achievements of calling and conversion targets. Maintain soft copy records and update Google sheet and CRM. Communicating the learners details and reporting to the authorized management after completing the given task. Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals. Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures. *Age limit- 23-35 years*
