We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team. Primary focus will be on customer interaction, student facilitation and strategic growth.

Main activities include,

Attending walk-In customers

Handling their queries

Coordination activities with other centers to ensure a seamless experience for students and parents. 

Database management, networking with local institutions, and active participation in marketing initiatives.

Location:

Aundh / Chinchwad / Viman Nagar / Katraj / Kothrud / FC Road / Pune Station


Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Warmly welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally. Manage telephonic inquiries related to registration and admission processes.

2. Student Facilitation: Guide students through the entrance exam process, providing necessary support. Collaborate with academic and accounts teams to ensure seamless coordination during entrance exams and test processes.

Assist parents & students for smooth admission process by providing right information & 

3. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve student and parent queries promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

4. Inter-Center Coordination: Coordinate activities with other centers, proactively resolving any inter-center issues.

5. Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized student information and databases.

6. Network Building: Establish and nurture relationships with local schools, teachers, and institutes to strengthen our network.

7. Strategic Growth: Implement planned efforts to drive overall admissions and contribute to the center's growth.


Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Bachelor's degree / Diploma - Any stream

Experience in working with the Education Industry or Hospitality Industry will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Must possess strong communication & interpersonal skills. Must possess warmth & empathy

Fluency in English is preferred. Should be conversant with Marathi language.

Must be presentable

Must be passionate about the growth
