Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students through calls, emails, chats, and walk-ins.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend appropriate IT courses (e.g., Data Science, Cloud Computing, Web Development, Cybersecurity).
• Provide accurate information on courses, certifications, eligibility, and outcomes.
• Convert inquiries into enrolments by maintaining a consultative sales approach.
• Build strong relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and success.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a CRM database with up-to-date student records.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and events.
• Achieve monthly targets for enrolments and revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, Computer Science, Business, or Education).
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (preferred in education/EdTech).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of IT education trends and job market demands.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for student success.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of IT certifications like AWS, Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
• Multilingual abilities (a plus).
