Counselling

As a Visa Counsellor, your role involves counselling prospects about international colleges and universities, as well as the courses they offer. You will guide students on the necessary documents required to obtain an offer letter and the set of documents needed for visa applications. To excel in this role, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Study Visa or Immigration Counselling is required. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with admission and training/counselling teams to educate them about Visa Rules - Contacting fresh leads and ensuring proper feedback is taken - Managing the process for assigned clients/students and providing guidance throughout the Visa application process - Ensuring completion of visa applications and documentation, including financial and background-related papers - Assisting clients in preparing visa files and liaising with embassies and clients as necessary - Making appropriate decisions to increase visa approvals - Undertaking duties as per business requirements To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum Graduation in any field (Post-Graduation preferred) - Basic knowledge of exams like IELTS, PTE, etc. - Strong knowledge of Student visa processes for USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, as well as Visa Rules & Regulations and immigration rules for Canada, Australia - Excellent communication skills (oral and written), a pleasing personality, and confidence - Ability to effectively communicate with students and individuals from various backgrounds - Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, emails, and CRM software In addition to these qualifications, you can expect benefits such as an attractive salary package, performance incentives, and growth opportunities.,
