We are seeking an Immigration Counselor to join our team at Texas Review's Thrissur Branch. The ideal candidate will be a female with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience, preferably in Immigration Counseling or Sales. A CV with an attached photo is a mandatory requirement for this position. As an Immigration Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include providing counseling for Permanent Residency & Migration Programs in countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand, as well as guiding clients through the Visit Visa process. You will be expected to effectively communicate various visa processes, assist clients in understanding immigration procedures, and interact with them through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face counseling sessions. Additionally, you will be required to engage with professionals and clients in person, comprehend their expectations and needs, and provide tailored overseas career opportunities. Proactively contacting potential customers, addressing their queries, and securing appointments will be crucial aspects of your role. It is essential that you offer accurate information based on current immigration laws and policies, and devise personalized Global Career strategies to meet individual client needs. The successful candidate must be based in Kochi, as this is an on-site role that requires reliable commuting or relocation prior to commencing employment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Immigration or a related Sales Target-based role is preferred. Proficiency in both Malayalam and English languages is necessary, along with a sound understanding of visa application processes, benefits, and client-specific offers.
