You will collaborate closely with the sales team to keep track of client intake and stay informed about all products, ensuring that customers are informed of any new offerings. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 2 years of experience in immigration counseling and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Problem-solving abilities and a strong dedication to customer service are essential, along with a sales-oriented and target-driven mindset. A positive and outgoing demeanor, coupled with a keen interest in continuous learning and development, will be beneficial. Additionally, proficiency in languages such as English, Hindi, or at least one regional language is required.
