Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Specialist based in New Delhi. The Immigration Specialist will manage immigration-related documentation, guide clients through the visa application process, and ensure compliance with relevant immigration policies and laws. The role involves staying up-to-date with global immigration regulations, handling visa-related concerns effectively, and offering tailored advice to clients to meet their specific needs. Close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies is a key aspect of this position. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Immigration Policy Proficiency in Global Immigration processes and handling Visa applications Understanding of Immigration Law and legal documentation Excellent client communication and advisory skills Detail orientation and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or in similar roles is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
