Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Specialist based in New Delhi. The Immigration Specialist will manage immigration-related documentation, guide clients through the visa application process, and ensure compliance with relevant immigration policies and laws. The role involves staying up-to-date with global immigration regulations, handling visa-related concerns effectively, and offering tailored advice to clients to meet their specific needs. Close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Immigration Policy
• Proficiency in Global Immigration processes and handling Visa applications
• Understanding of Immigration Law and legal documentation
• Excellent client communication and advisory skills
• Detail orientation and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or in similar roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
