Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders throughout the organization
• Onboard clients to attorney portals, conduct introductions, and explain our processes
• Gather and organize evidence and documentation from clients
• Upload and manage documents in our case management systems
• Maintain regular communication with clients and attorneys regarding deliverables and timelines
• Track and follow up on pending items to ensure timely case progression
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements
• Assist in developing standardized procedures to enhance service delivery
