Role Overview: As a member of Kaizen Technologies, you will be joining as a US IT Recruiter, Bench Sales Recruiter, or Immigration Specialist. You will be based at our office located at 201, 2nd Floor, B-Block, Asian Sun City, GachibowliMiyapur Road, Kothaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500084. Please note that the work timings for these positions are from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, and there is no remote work option available. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting end-to-end recruitment activities for US IT positions (for US IT Recruiters) - Engaging in bench sales activities to place consultants on projects (for Bench Sales Recruiters) - Managing immigration processes and compliance (for Immigration Specialist) Qualifications Required: - For US IT Recruiters and Bench Sales Recruiters: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in the relevant field - For Immigration Specialist: Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration processes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases Please share your resumes with harin@kaizentek.com and vikramb@kaizentek.com to be considered for these positions.
