Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling: Guide students and parents regarding career-oriented courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Center Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the center including staff coordination, class scheduling, and smooth functioning.
• Admissions & Business Development: Achieve monthly student enrollment targets through counseling, follow-ups, and promotional activities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Team Supervision: Motivate and guide trainers & support staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain admission records, generate daily/weekly reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in counseling, education sales, or center management.
• Strong communication & presentation skills (Hindi & English).
• Ability to achieve admission targets and manage operations effectively.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
