Full Stack Trainer

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs for students and working professionals. Your role will involve preparing study material, conducting seminars and workshops in colleges, organizing instructor-led training programs, and analyzing learning needs to develop appropriate training material. You will also interact with various departments to schedule training programs. To excel in this role, you should have experience in delivering technical training, the ability to host training workshops for new hires, a knack for detecting and removing barriers to learning, and a strong command over technologies such as Java, Frameworks, HTML, CSS, NodeJs, ReactJs, Angular Js, MongoDb, SQL, and others. Additionally, having made projects in these technologies will be beneficial. The ideal candidate for this position will have 0-3 years of relevant experience and must possess a Bachelor's degree. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule, offering day shifts.
