Full Stack Trainer

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to individuals or groups of aspiring React developers. Your role will involve creating comprehensive training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, providing personalized guidance and support, leading hands-on coding exercises, and staying updated with industry trends. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to refine training materials and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards. - Designing and developing training materials, including presentations, code samples, exercises, and projects - Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions in-person and virtually - Providing personalized guidance and support to participants, answering questions, offering feedback, and troubleshooting assistance - Facilitating hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning objectives - Tailoring training content to meet the specific needs and learning styles of participants - Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in React.js development - Monitoring and assessing participant progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback - Collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to refine training materials Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in React.js development, with a strong understanding of React.js concepts, workflows, and best practices - Proven experience in delivering training or educational programs, preferably in a technical or IT-related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and create a supportive learning environment - Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a genuine desire to help others succeed - Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) - Relevant certifications or training in education, instructional design, or adult learning principles (preferred) Additional Details: The company is looking for candidates with strong technical competence in various subjects including fundamentals of computer programming, software engineering, essential data structures & algorithms, HTML5 & CSS3, JavaScript, React.js with Redux and React Router, Node.js, Express Framework, MongoDB, deployment across popular providers, and best practices for full-stack development. Working knowledge of authentication, authorization, application architectures, code organization strategies, and deployment strategies is also preferred.,
