You are an experienced and passionate React/React.js Development Trainer seeking to join our team on a full-time basis. Your role will involve delivering engaging training sessions to individuals or groups of aspiring React developers, utilizing your expertise in React.js development to enhance their skills and knowledge in front-end and backend development. Responsibilities: - Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, code samples, exercises, and projects to facilitate effective learning of React.js concepts and best practices. - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to students with diverse backgrounds and skill levels. - Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the training program, answering questions, offering feedback, and assisting with troubleshooting. - Design and lead hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning objectives and enhance practical skills in React.js development. - Tailor training content to meet participants" specific needs and learning styles, ensuring a dynamic and effective learning experience. - Stay updated with industry trends in React.js development and front-end web technologies, incorporating relevant information into the training curriculum. - Monitor and assess participant progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to support their development. - Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather feedback, refine training materials, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Requirements: - Extensive experience in React.js development with a strong understanding of React.js concepts, workflows, and best practices. - Proven experience in delivering training or educational programs, preferably in a technical or IT-related field. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and create a supportive learning environment. - Passion for teaching and mentoring to help others succeed in their learning and career goals. - Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different learning styles, preferences, and skill levels among participants. - Strong knowledge of teaching multiple front-end languages and libraries such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. - Relevant certifications or training in education, instructional design, or adult learning principles preferred. Technical Competence: - Fundamentals of computer programming. - Software Engineering Fundamentals & Lifecycle. - Essential Data Structures & Algorithms. - Linux. - Git & GitHub. - HTML5 & CSS3. - JavaScript (ECMAScript 2018 & above). - Working with Babel, Webpack, and other module bundlers/toolchains. - React v16.8 or above with Redux and React Router. - Node.js. - Express Framework. - MongoDB. - Deployment across popular providers such as Heroku, AWS Beanstalk, Netlify, Vercel, etc. - Strong knowledge and ability to explain and demonstrate best practices for full-stack development, implementing authentication and authorization, application architectures such as MVC, Microservices, APIs such as RESTful APIs, GraphQL (preferred), code organization strategies, and deployment strategies.,
