You are an experienced and passionate React/React.js Development Trainer seeking to join our team on a full-time basis. Your role will involve delivering engaging training sessions to individuals or groups of aspiring React developers, utilizing your expertise in React.js development to enhance their skills and knowledge in front-end and backend development. Responsibilities: - Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, code samples, exercises, and projects to facilitate effective learning of React.js concepts and best practices. - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to students with diverse backgrounds and skill levels. - Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the training program, answering questions, offering feedback, and assisting with troubleshooting. - Design and lead hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning objectives and enhance practical skills in React.js development. - Tailor training content to meet participants" specific needs and learning styles, ensuring a dynamic and effective learning experience. - Stay updated with industry trends in React.js development and front-end web technologies, incorporating relevant information into the training curriculum. - Monitor and assess participant progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to support their development. - Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather feedback, refine training materials, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Requirements: - Extensive experience in React.js development with a strong understanding of React.js concepts, workflows, and best practices. - Proven experience in delivering training or educational programs, preferably in a technical or IT-related field. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and create a supportive learning environment. - Passion for teaching and mentoring to help others succeed in their learning and career goals. - Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different learning styles, preferences, and skill levels among participants. - Strong knowledge of teaching multiple front-end languages and libraries such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. - Relevant certifications or training in education, instructional design, or adult learning principles preferred. The developer should have a comprehensive understanding of the software development cycle, encompassing architecture, development, and testing. Your role involves designing, constructing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code. It is essential to have experience in agile methodologies, specifically the Scrum approach, and be adept at engaging in projects using this framework. You will be responsible for effectively gathering customer requirements, seeking clarification where necessary, and translating these needs into actionable tasks that you will execute or assign to team members. A minimum of five years of experience is required, with a deep comprehension of web technologies, API development, full lifecycle application development, database management (both relational and NoSQL), and enterprise/cloud architecture. To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in developing applications, including enterprise web applications, and adhering to technical best practices and design patterns. Additionally, you must possess the ability to create pilots, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts for scenario validation, with a minimum of three to five years of experience in this area. Experience in developing hybrid solutions either on-premises or in the cloud is essential, with a minimum of four to six years of experience. You should also have a minimum of three years of experience in an Agile environment, practicing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Proficiency in source code repository management systems like TFS, GitHub, and Azure DevOps is required, along with solid knowledge and experience in programming applications. You should be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. As a dedicated team player, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of programming languages, technical terminology, and the ability to develop and articulate ideas and processes clearly. Your role will involve exercising a high degree of independent judgment, solving complex problems, writing and reviewing code for websites, integrating multimedia content, testing web applications, and troubleshooting performance or user experience issues. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project success. The technologies you will be working with include React JS, Node JS, TypeScript, Redux, Micro frontend, Chart, Azure App Service, or AWS Beanstalk.
