Full Stack Trainer

As a Full Stack Web Development Trainer in Mohali, your role involves conducting training sessions on Front-End & Back-End Technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/MySQL. You will be teaching industry-standard coding practices, frameworks, and tools, preparing assignments, projects, and assessments for students, guiding them in project development & debugging, and maintaining training materials, curriculum updates, and documentation. Additionally, you will monitor student progress, provide individual mentorship, conduct mock interviews, and support students with placement readiness. You will also contribute to workshops, seminars, and hackathons. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions on Front-End & Back-End Technologies - Teach industry-standard coding practices, frameworks, and tools - Prepare assignments, projects, and assessments for students - Guide students in project development & debugging - Maintain training materials, curriculum updates, and documentation - Monitor student progress and provide individual mentorship - Conduct mock interviews and support students with placement readiness - Contribute to workshops, seminars, and hackathons Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of MERN / MEAN Stack or similar Full Stack technologies - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React / Angular / Vue, Node.js & Express.js, MongoDB / MySQL, REST APIs & Web Services, Git, GitHub, VS Code - Understanding of Cloud, Deployment & DevOps basics is a plus - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Ability to simplify concepts for freshers & beginners - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT / Related Field - Relevant certifications are an added advantage In this role, you will be part of a growth-oriented work environment where you will have the opportunity to work with industry experts and mentor and shape future developers.
