Full Stack Trainer

Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Trainer who can teach frontend, backend, databases, and deployment technologies with real-world, hands-on examples. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, mentors students effectively, and stays updated with the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Training

• Deliver live online or offline classes on Full Stack Development (MERN / MEAN / Java / Python — based on expertise).
• Teach core concepts:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ES6
• React / Angular / Vue
• Node.js / Express / Django / Spring Boot
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• API development & integration
• Git, GitHub, CI/CD basics
• Deployment on AWS / DigitalOcean / Render / Vercel
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions and real-time projects.

2. Student Guidance

• Provide 1:1 mentorship to help learners with doubts.
• Evaluate assignments, projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide students in building strong portfolios and industry-ready applications.

3. Curriculum Development

• Help enhance course content, modules, and practical exercises.
• Create quizzes, practice tasks, and project roadmaps.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and integrate new tools into the program.

4. Performance & Reporting

• Track learner progress and share updates with the management.
• Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and code reviews.
• Ensure high-quality engagement and learner satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, frontend frameworks, and backend technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and deployment.
• Familiarity with DevOps basics (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent communication skills and teaching ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in real-world development teams.
• Past teaching experience in training institutes or ed-tech.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Ability to create projects from scratch and guide students.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹14,790.58 - ₹75,027.22 per month
