Data Science Trainer

Role

Artifact Geeks is looking for a highly skilled Data Science Trainer who can deliver practical, project-driven training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, and relevant tools, along with the passion to teach complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct high-quality training sessions (online/offline) on:
• Python for Data Science
• Statistics & Probability
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Machine Learning (Supervised & Unsupervised)
• Deep Learning (Neural Networks, CNN, RNN – optional but preferred)
• Data Visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI/Tableau)
• SQL & Database concepts
• NLP & advanced ML techniques (preferred)
• Model deployment (Flask, FastAPI, Docker, cloud deployment)
• Provide hands-on coding demonstrations and real-world projects.
• Conduct assessments, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions.

2. Curriculum & Content Development

• Create and update course modules, slides, project work, and coding exercises.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with industry demands and job requirements.
• Prepare real-world datasets and case studies for practice.

3. Student Mentorship

• Guide learners on coding practices, ML algorithms, and project execution.
• Provide feedback on assignments, data cleaning tasks, and model-building work.
• Help students prepare for interviews and portfolio-building on GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.

4. Evaluation & Coordination

• Track student performance and maintain progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and batch management.
• Conduct mock interviews, tests, and hands-on activities.

Skills

Technical Skills

Must have strong knowledge of:

• Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn)
• Statistics, Probability, Linear Algebra
• Machine Learning algorithms
• Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch) – preferred
• Data visualization tools
• SQL and databases
• Cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure) – bonus
• Model deployment
• Jupyter Notebooks, Git, version control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–7 years of industry experience in Data Science / ML.
• Prior teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Portfolio of projects or Kaggle/GitHub profile preferred.

• Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and passion for teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
