Costing - CVC Manager Finance

Roles and Responsibility

• Profitability Analysis:

  Drive product, customer, and model-wise profitability analysis and identify loss-making parts/areas.

• Costing Management:

  Implement and manage product costing and process costing methodologies. Perform MHR/LHR (Machine/Labor Hour Rate) calculations and execute costing runs within SAP.

• Audit & Compliance:

  Conduct cost compliance and internal audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

• RMC & Pricing Management:

• Perform RMC (Raw Material Cost) calculation and gap analysis.
• Track RM price movements and manage the raw material price movement tracker.
• Prepare detailed workings for customer/vendor price increases/decreases (actual and provisional).
• Develop budget RMC working and verify reported savings.

• Capex & Project Analysis:

  Validate Capex performance, conduct post-completion gap analysis for capital expenditures, and perform Model Wise Gap analysis before & after SOP (Start of Production).

• Financial Metrics:

  Calculate and monitor ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) and payment metrics.

• BOM & Routing:

  Verify Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routing data accuracy.

• Cost Management Expertise:

  Ability to identify, analyze, and implement new ways of reducing overall product costs; expertise in forecasting expenses and reviewing budgets.

• Strategic Planning:

  Contribute to strategy formulation aimed at improving overall business profitability.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Strong command over

  SAP FICO

  module is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and various other costing methods.

• Financial Acumen:

  Deep understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) accounts, business awareness, and cost expenditure analysis.

Required Skills & Proficiencies

• Mandatory Qualification:

  CMA

  (Cost and Management Accountant).
• Proven experience of 8-12 years in a relevant costing/finance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point.
