Job Description

Overview

Responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, financial compliance and tax compliances, and banking operations for LLPs, Charitable Trusts, and Partnership Firms. Ensures accuracy in financial reporting, adherence to statutory requirements, and smooth coordination with banks, auditors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Documentation

  • Bill checking and verification.
  • Tally accounting entries, cheque writing, and preparation of NEFT/RTGS letters.
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining records in digital and physical formats.
  • Preparation of data for Balance Sheets and financial statements for LLPs and Trusts
  • Maintain minutes of Charitable Trust meetings.

Banking Operations

  • Liaison with bank officers to obtain UTR/NEFT reference numbers and share with concerned stakeholders.
  • Bank reconciliation and monthly cash withdrawals as per plan.
  • Handle bank KYC processes and fulfil compliance requirements.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Preparation of details for Advance Tax, Income Tax Returns, and IT assessment notices.
  • Filing of TDS returns for LLPs and Trusts, including property-related TDS (26QB generation and payment).
  • Manage project-related payments and ensure compliance with TDS requirements.
  • Coordinate for obtaining NO TDS certificates for Charitable Trusts and submit to relevant companies.
  • Maintain yearly income utilization records as per Trust rules.

Foreign Payments & Investments & Support

  • Handle foreign payments, including preparation of Form 15CA & 15CB with UDIN from consultant office.
  • Manage accounts of domestic and foreign investments with reconciliation.
  • Prepare and update consolidated investment statements for valuation.
  • Maintain LRS utilization statements.
  • Track documents/envelopes sent for signing, ensure timely return and payment processing.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office tools.
  • Experience in handling compliance for LLPs, Trusts, and Partnership Firms.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with banks and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
