Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial records, including general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and month end closing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to record-to-report (RTR) processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues related to financial reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR) process in BPO/Call Centre industry.
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Intercompany Accounting, Month End Closing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods or tight deadlines.
  • NIGHT SHIFTS will be mandatory for this role .
