Location:

10 - 15 years in Real estate residential, Commercial Projects & infrastructure projects.
Rehab Projects experience is added advantage
Proven expertise in
quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost control

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveying:
Extraction of quantities from drawings and site inputs; verification of contractor measurements and billing.
Rate Analysis:
Preparation of detailed rate analysis using market data and SORs; benchmarking against CPWD/PWD/MCGM standards.
Market Pricing Knowledge
: Regular updates on material and labor rates; vendor interaction for real-time pricing.
BOQ Preparation & Drafting:
Preparation of item-wise BOQs for civil, structural, and finishing works; alignment with technical specifications and drawings.
Budget Preparation:
Development of project budgets and cost forecasts; integration with project schedules and milestones.
Material Reconciliation:
Tracking of material consumption vs. procurement. identification of wastage and cost overruns.
Escalation Sheet Preparation:
Calculation of cost escalation based on indices and contractual clauses; support in claims and variation analysis.

Key Skills Required

Strong command over MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (e.g., Candy, CostX)
Familiarity with government SORs and market rate analysis
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
