Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and costing for mechanical projects.
Conduct site visits to estimate project costs accurately.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices and improve procurement processes.
Analyze contractor bills, verify quantities, and prepare payment vouchers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to estimation, cost control, and project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in cost analysis, estimation, or a related field (mechanical background preferred).
Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques, including preparation of BOQs and estimates.
Excellent communication skills for effective vendor negotiation and relationship-building.
