* Education: B.E (Civil)

Key Skills:

* Good coordination and communication

* Planning and reporting skills

* Knowledge of fabrication/manufacturing process

* Proficiency in MS Office

Must be fluent in English and Hindi

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules with the plant team.

* Follow up on production progress and ensure timely job completion.

* Communicate with Purchase, Stores, Design, and Dispatch for smooth workflow.

* Track materials, manpower, and work-in-progress status.

* Prepare and update daily and weekly production reports.

* Ensure quality standards and timely dispatch of finished goods.

* Maintain production records and documentation.

* Support in planning and resolving production delays.

* Coordinate between Head Office and Plant for effective communication.

* Assist management with data and reports for decision-making.
