Greetings from Eco Chimneys, We are hiring for the position of Project Coordinator in the Pre-cast Concrete Chimney Manufacturing industry. Job Details Designation: Project Coordinator Experience: Minimum 4+ years Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Education: B.E. (Civil / Mechanical) Gender: Male candidates only Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Key Skills Required Strong leadership qualities Excellent communication & problem-solving skills Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders effectively Roles & Responsibilities Overall coordination, monitoring, and execution of Precast Chimney projects with support structures in industrial boiler, power, and process plants. Act as the single point of contact from receiving the order from the Sales Department until project completion, handover, and final payment collection. Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Sales) for project-related activities. Liaise with customers for drawing approvals, supply schedules, erection activities, and stage-wise payments (including ABG/PBG formalities). Ensure clear understanding of project requirements and communicate effectively with the internal and erection teams. Regular interaction with concrete & steel production departments. Coordinate with transporters for quotations and work with the Purchase Department for PO finalization. Oversee dispatch activities (loading at factory and unloading at the site). Support erection activities along with the site team and customer representatives. Submit daily project progress reports to management.
