Job Description

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Cost Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze production and operational costs and prepare periodic cost reports.
  • Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting Support
  • Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
  • Track actual vs. budgeted costs and highlight deviations.
  • Inventory & Cost Control
  • Ensure accurate inventory valuation and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Maintain standard costing and update BOMs as needed.
  • Process Improvement
  • Recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations to enhance cost control systems.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.

Qualification RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g., CMA, CPA, ACCA).

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing/production finance.
