Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly accomplished Corporate Wellness Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in enterprise/corporate sales. The candidate must have a proven track record of driving $4–5 million+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), managing large corporate accounts, and building long-term client partnerships.


This role requires an MBA from a premier school and exceptional ability to position AgeReboot’s corporate wellness, longevity, and performance programs as premium solutions for forward-thinking organizations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive end-to-end corporate wellness sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and scale B2B partnerships with Fortune 500s, large enterprises, and leading Indian corporates.
  • Design and sell corporate wellness programs, longevity clubs, leadership wellness coaching, and executive health solutions
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotes, ARR targets, and revenue growth objectives
  • Develop CXO-level relationships (CHROs, CFOs, CEOs) and position AgeReboot as a strategic partner for employee well-being.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar accounts, ensuring renewals, upselling, and long-term engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to customize offerings for each corporate client.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and wellness budgets to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent AgeReboot at corporate wellness events, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing corporate sales team (as we scale).


Requirements:

  • MBA from a premier institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, etc.).
  • 10+ years of enterprise/corporate sales experience, preferably in health-tech, wellness, HR-tech, insurance, or consulting domains.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow $4–5M+ ARR corporate portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of corporate wellness, employee benefits, and leadership health solutions.
  • Strong strategic negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent business acumen, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment.
