Job description:-
Conduct structured classroom training sessions for new hires and store staff
Deliver engaging sessions on customer service, store operations, POS handling, inventory basics, and company SOPs
Prepare daily training plans and training materials in coordination with the L&D team
Maintain training attendance records, session feedback, and assessment reports
Coordinate with store managers and senior trainers to ensure a seamless training-to-OJT (On-the-Job Training) transition
Submit weekly MIS and trainee performance reports
