Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with a minimum of 3 years of corporate training experience to deliver high-quality training on Java,Dot Net or Azure Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. This role requires frequent travel across India to conduct training sessions at various client locations.

Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive Java training sessions for corporate clients across various industries.

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, tailored to client needs.
• Hands-on Labs: Facilitate practical coding sessions and projects to reinforce theoretical knowledge. Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees, addressing individual learning needs.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their training requirements and customize programs accordingly.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into training sessions.

Qualification and Skills :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training, with a focus on Java programming.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Maven, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.

Preferred Qualification:
Certifications: Additional certifications in .NET technologies or related fields are a plus.

• Experience: Experience with modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in delivering training programs for sectors such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with emerging trends in AI tools, automation frameworks, cloud technologies, or blockchain integration with Java applications.
