We need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you have a passion for learning and can communicate technical concepts to audiences at different stages, we'd like to speak with you. Here's your chance to work as an Account Manager with our Training & Certification team. This is a highly visible position with significant customer impact. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to craft training programs that will drive the adoption and usage of emerging technology. You will assist customers to understand their training requirements, develop detailed training proposals and manage the flawless execution of training plans. This is a great opportunity to combine your passion for business development, learning, and technology. Responsibilities: - Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Driving net new business in untapped customers and geographies. - Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement. - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. - Conduct training needs assessments with customers. - Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Learning Services as well as best practice implementations. - Evangelize SATV and Certification at Customers. - Develop detailed training proposals and plans to accelerate the adoption of Emerging technologies - Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans. - Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates. - Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management. - Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics Learning Services. - Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy. - When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities. - Execution of effective Sales Campaigns Qualifications: - BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable) - 4+ years in IT Solution sales. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Decent emerging technology orientation - Good presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills - Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand. - Must be target driven. Must have a deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment - Ability to handle workload and work pressure - Willingness to travel,
